How to utilize
- Unwrap the sanitary towel and unfold it flat.
- Discard the sanitary pad’s package and paper (the back of the pad should feel sticky).
- Place the pad inside your underwear.
- Remove the paper tab from the wings, exposing the sticky part, then fold the wings around and underneath your underwear to fasten it.
When it’s time to remove your sanitary towel, peel off the wings from beneath your underwear and then pull the pad out, it is preferable to wrap the used pad in the wrapper of your new sanitary towel (or a small piece of tissue paper) and discard with household waste or in a designated sanitary container. Keep in mind that flushing your pad or any packaging materials down the toilet is hazardous for the sewers and may result in blockages.
